New clients are subject to up front payment via EFTPOS facilities before we depart the job.
Existing clients will be issued with an invoice, which is payable immediately upon receipt.
For after hours or emergency call outs, we may request a deposit via EFTPOS prior to heading to the job.
We partner with VetPay if you are unable to pay your bill in full.
We do not run accounts or payment plans
It is unacceptable to simply assume you can make payments against your invoice without consulting us. You run the risk of being cut from our client list if you do not attend to invoices when received.
