What to send and what to expect.
A little useful information before you call can help NEEVS assess the situation and plan the right response.
Requesting an appointment
Text Dr Bruno Ros on 0427 293 227 with:
- Your name and location
- The animal and species
- A short description of the concern
- Clear photographs or video where relevant
In some cases, general guidance may be possible by telephone. A telephone discussion cannot replace a veterinary examination when one is clinically required.
Preparing for our arrival
Please have your animal safely contained before we arrive—for example, horses caught and haltered or stabled, and livestock secured in suitable yards. Ensure there is safe, practical access for the veterinary vehicle and equipment wherever possible.
Attending the treatment facility
Attendance at the Tuncester property is by appointment only. The property operates under biosecurity protocols and walk-in visits are not accepted.
Bringing an animal to the treatment facility may be more economical than a mobile visit and can support procedures or ongoing care that are better managed on site.
